Terms and conditions

These terms explain how the Namaste Adventures website and trip enquiry process are intended to be used. The written quote and booking confirmation supplied for a specific trip will contain the final commercial terms for that booking.
Trip information
Itineraries, inclusions, accommodation and availability may change because of weather, road conditions, permits, supplier availability or safety requirements. We will communicate material changes as early as reasonably possible.
Quotes and bookings
Website prices are listed as upon request. A booking becomes confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation and receive the payment specified in that confirmation.
Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate information, carrying valid identification and permits where required, following safety instructions, and arranging suitable travel and medical insurance for the destination and activity.
Health and safety
Adventure travel involves natural and operational risks. Please disclose relevant medical conditions before booking. Mohan and local partners may adjust or stop an activity when conditions make that the safer decision.
Third-party services
Some transport, stays, activities and permits are supplied by independent providers. Their operating conditions may also apply and will be shared when relevant to your booking.
Website use
Website content may be updated without notice. You may not copy or commercially reuse our photographs, branding or written itineraries without written permission.
