The enquiry form may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred trip, group size, travel month, departure city and any request you choose to share.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to you, recommend an itinerary, prepare a quote and provide services you request. We do not sell personal information.
Form and communication services
Website form submissions are delivered through FormSubmit. Email, WhatsApp, hosting and analytics providers may process limited technical or communication data under their own privacy terms.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, legal records and dispute resolution. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information that is no longer needed, subject to any record-keeping obligations. You can also choose to contact us directly instead of using the website form.
